1. About Our Courses

What types of English courses do you offer?

We offer three main modules:

  • English for Beginners: For beginners who want to learn essential conversational skills
  • Basic English: For those who know the basics and want to expand their vocabulary and fluency
  • Advanced English: Focused on professional English for business settings

How long does each course take to complete?

Course durations vary, but most courses take approximately one hour to complete, which is around tenty hours of tuition per module. You can learn at your own pace, and your progress is saved automatically.

What level of English do I need to start?

Our courses accommodate all levels. The Beginners' module is designed for complete beginners, while other modules are suitable for intermediate and advanced learners.

2. Purchasing and Access

How much do courses cost?

Individual modules cost US$149 each. We also offer a complete bundle of all three modules for $299, giving you significant savings.

How long do I have access to courses after purchase?

You will have access to purchased courses for a minimum of two years from the date of purchase.

Can I preview courses before buying?

Yes! We offer free previews of one course from each module. Visit the Free Sample section to experience our interactive learning approach before making a purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

3. Technical Requirements

What devices can I use to access the courses?

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

Click the "Forgot Password" link on the login page, and we'll email you instructions to reset your password.

Can I use my account on multiple devices?

Yes, you can log in to your account from any compatible device. Your progress will sync automatically across all devices.

5. Learning and Progress

How do I track my progress?

When you are logged in your progress is automatically tracked for each module. Once you're in the learning modules section, just click on the "Go to ... Courses " button and you'll see which courses you've started, which are in progress, and which you've completed. Note, you need to have an account and be logged in to access this area.

Do courses have quizzes or tests?

Yes, each module includes interactive quizzes and assessments to help reinforce your learning and check your understanding.

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes, upon successful completion of each module, you can generate and download your certificate.

What if I don't pass a course?

You can retake courses as many times as needed. We encourage learning at your own pace until you master each concept.
