Welcome to Aprende Ingles Hoy, a website owned by Seven Dimensions Pty Ltd (7D) a company registered in Victoria, Australia since 1979.

We are a learning provider offering our English language interactive video-based learning courses on a fee basis. These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of our services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Provisions

a. Scope. These Terms apply to all users of this service, including but not limited to individuals, businesses, education and government organizations.

b. Modifications. 7D reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

c. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia.

2. Customer Interactions

a. Browsing. Customers can browse our catalog of interactive English learning programs and select titles of interest. Once logged in they can preview selected sample courses.

b. Payment. We offer two options for purchase and use:

• Purchase access to all modules for a discounted price per module.
• Purchase modules independently at full price.

c. Period of access. Courses purchased will be available for a minimum of two years from date of purchase.

3. Payment

• Payment is made using Stripe payment gateway.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

a. Ownership. All intellectual property rights in our services and content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are owned by Seven Dimensions or our licensors.

b. Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, download, display, post, or transmit any content from our services except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

c. User Content. By submitting any content to our services, you grant Seven Dimensions a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.

6. Technical Support

Technical support is provided by email during Australian business hours. We aim to respond to all support requests within 24 hours on business days.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

8. Termination

7D reserves the right to terminate your access to our services for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
